Was formed in 2015 as an entity to concentrate on overseas developments. In 2014 Greenhaven Property was engaged to assist in the planning, design and engineering and construction management of a 5,000-unit housing development on a 500-acre site in Penar, Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia.
